As a professional cleaning service, we're dedicated to ensuring your home's surfaces are immaculate. However, to streamline our services effectively, we have some important considerations:

Unless discussed otherwise and appropriately charged, there will be an additional fee for tasks such as picking up or organizing items (e.g., dishes, toys, clothes) before cleaning. This is because these tasks significantly extend the cleaning time required. The fee is $50.00 per hour.

Additionally, we offer a variety of a la carte services at additional fees, including:

​

• Interior Refrigerator: $25.00 flat fee

• Interior of Oven:

  • Self-clean: $35.00 flat fee.

  • Old style using cleaner: $50.00 flat fee.

• Metal small slat blinds: $5.00 each (price depends on the number of sets)

• Exterior Windows: $3.50 each

• Interior Windows: $3.50 each

• Additional Sliding Glass Doors:

  • Interior: $5.00 each

  • Exterior: $5.00 each

  • Interior/Exterior: $10.00 each

• Interior of Cabinets: Pricing depends on the number of cabinets as it requires emptying and organizing.

• Interior of Closets: Pricing depends on the scope of service, which may include cleaning floors or reorganizing.

• Laundry - Wash and Fold: $15.00 per load

• Washing dishes:

  • By hand: $25.00 per sink

  • Load dishwasher: $12.50 per load

• Pick up and organize: Fee negotiable based on the scope of the job, starting at $50.00 per minute.

• Changing sheets: $10.00 per bed
