Cancellation Policy

First time and one-time Housekeeping services require a deposit to hold your reservation at the time of booking. When your booking has been approved you will be asked to make a deposit online. This is to secure your reserved time and date. This fee will be applied towards your service and will be fully refunded if you cancel at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits will not be refunded for any reason if not cancelled within that timeframe. Weekly Recurring Housekeeping services require at least 7 days notice. Bi-weekly Recurring Housekeeping services require 14 days notice. Monthly Services Recurring Services requires 15 days notice. If you are a re-curring service client, you have 2 dates per year that you can reschedule or cancel with no explanation necessary. Sickness or emergency I will work with you to ensure your needs are still met. Please be as courteous as possible in giving as much notice as you are able. Your appointment is valuable usable time and if we have you on the schedule, we are unable to add business to that time slot if you cancel at the last minute. Staff does not get paid when you cancel.
