Cancellation Policy

To schedule please choose a time and date from our availability that works for you. If you are scheduling a first time service or a one-time service that is more than 72 hours away, you will be charged a reservation fee. This fee will apply towards the cost of your service and is fully refundable if you should cancel 72 hours or more in advance. There will be no amount refunded after 72 hours for any reason. Our staff and business depends on your cooperation for their income. It is imperative that we are considerate of our cleaners schedule. Last minute cancellations greatly impede productivity and our ability to service other clients.
